Probably the greatest diner on the planet. So many good memories here. Sad to see some pretty stuffy reviews on here. Stuffy people don't belong at Bob's, so just go somewhere else you Panera eating, chain restaurant going normies. I want your seat. For everyone else... you want crispy potatoes? Ask, you get 'em. You want extra, extra, extra crispy scrapple? You get it. You want over easy eggs? You get 'em. You want more coffee? Look down, you just got filled up. You want a server who cares about you? Go here. You wanna talk to your neighbors? Go ahead. Hungover and need a cure? This is it! Had a good date that stayed over? You will know if they are marriage material if they can hang at Bob's. Yeah, it's cozy and packed because it's GOOD! People go here to eat well! The staff and chef are wonderful people. Simply put, you get what you want. Nothing fancy...and it's not supposed to be...but just damn good diner food. Bob's Diner is the best diner ever. If you know, you know. I'm hungry now.

Fantastic experience. If you are looking for an old school diner, this is the spot. Food came out fast and the service was great. Seating was tight, but comfortable. Portions were large. The omelet was super fluffy and pretty good. Ended up getting a shirt as a souvenir.

We love Bob’s Diner! It can be a little crowded, but I can’t even blame them…. It’s just a solid place to grab some breakfast. Not many places offer corned beef hash, so thank y’all for that! Coffee could be a little stronger but that’s just me. Please never close !

Service here was excellent from the server to the cooks. They were eager to please our tastes and therefore make modifications to menu items without complaint. Classic comfort diner food. Pricey for add ons like cheese in an omelette or onions in the potatoes but servings were generous.

Thoroughly enjoyed Bob's! Quintessential Diner atmosphere with exceptional service and good food. Enjoyed the Chipped Beef on a Grilled Soft Pretzel and a couple over medium eggs and home fries, great start of the day.

Don’t be fooled by the outside ! This place is super clean and the food is delicious. People are so nice and the staff is super friendly. No wait time and quick service. The staff gets along with each other and the place has such a positive vibe.

Bobs is adorable! Food was great, staff was lovely. Cash only btw. will say, waitresses did not have masks on, only face shields. Hope they were vaccinated. Would recommend!

As an avid lover of local diners I was not disappointed at all by Bob's. Super friendly staff, perfect family friendly/ local community vibes and real food cooked by real people. My wife and I will definitely be back.

I don’t get here as often as I would like to but love it every time. Food is traditional Phila diner style. And the staff makes your feel like you are a regular. Highly recommend the thick cut pork roll.

Bob's Diner is a 'must stop in and eat at place' in Roxborough. A truly authentic "old school" diner. I absolutely love the breakfast specials, especially with home fries and scrapple or "pan rabbit". Oh, and the hamburgers are really great also. Yummy!
